Promotion of Information Evening for Engineers
Objective:
Primary: To attract experienced qualified engineering professionals to attend the PSN open evening in Perth
Secondary: To raise awareness of PSN and the challenging projects they are involved in.To build an online candidate community for ongoing relationship marketing.
Solution:
Blaze developed a mixed media campaign utilising metro press, radio, trade magazines, and a guerrilla marketing strategy which utilised a train of vespas parked outside the Oil/Gas Career Expo in Perth.
Outcome:
PSN have run the Perth based Open Evenings for six years. And while this year’s promotional budget was less than previous years, the attendance figures were a record high, resulting in PSN adding more than 150 qualified engineers to their candidate database.
