Project:

Development of integrated graduate recruitment campaign.

Objective:

To position Mars as a progressive employer across all it's seven disciplines, while promoting the company's regional locations as attractive working environments.

Solution:

Using video testimonials, delivered via the development of a highly interactive website was key to engaging graduates. The site strongly promoted Mars' regional locations as ideal environments to both develop a long term, rewarding career and a work/life balance. The website was promoted through a highly targeted advertising campaign utilising press, online, social network media and the traditional graduate recruitment fairs.

Outcome:

Mars recruited their full compliment of graduates for 2008/09. The website generated 2,766 applications (2,003 previous year) and more than triple the number of unique visitors, with the average dwell time of 3 minutes 30secs compared to less than a minute the year before.
