Sales marketing campaign for 5-star hotel.

Objective:

To generate awareness and interest in the sale of Australia’s premier hotel - the Park Hyatt Sydney.

Solution:

Along with a international media advertising campaign, Blaze created an exquisite 64 page case sewn Information Memorandum, featuring a gatefold centre spread and finished with an embossed and foiled cover.

Outcome:

The Park Hyatt Sydney sold after a 4 week advertising campaign to an off-shore private investor, recording them highest sale price of any hotel in Australia.
