Project:
Brand development and ongoing Sales and Leasing campaigns for 165 Cremorne Street, Richmond
Objective:
To develop an initial branding campaign, including naming strategy, that would have enough creative longevity to last the three year development life-cycle of the site.
Solution:
Blaze developed a highly innovative suite of marketing tools encompassing the ’Era’ name and theme. The creative strategy has been applied across a broad range of communications aimed at highly disparate target audiences including commercial, retail and residential investors and owner/occupiers.
Outcome:
The branding is now entering it’s third year and having proven successfully attractive to both investors and tenants, will continue to be utilised for the remaining period.
