Sales marketing campaign for The Foundry, 399 Bourke Street, Melbourne.

Objective:

To promote the building as a multi-purpose development site with retail, corporate and residential development potential

Solution:

Blaze developed a totally integrated solution that included a national press advertising campaign, database marketing strategy, interactive CD-ROM, comprehensive Information Memorandum and a 8 page brochure.

Outcome:

The building sold for $87 million and represented one of the most significant development site sales in Melbourne’s CBD core over the last decade.
