Project:

Sale of prestigious commercial building RBS Tower @ Aurora Place, 88 Phillip Street, Sydney

Objective:

Design and produce a detailed information memorandum which will be presented to potential investors internationally.

Solution:

Blaze design and production team worked in consultation with the client, stakeholders and suppliers to create a design which was both representative of the architecture and aesthetics of the building and delivered in a commercially relevant tone. The information memorandum was on brief and delivered in one third of the agreed delivery timeframe.

Outcome:

The building successfully transacted within the campaign period for AUD$685 Million, sold to South Korea’s National Pension Fund. The transaction was Australia’s largest building sale in ten years.
