Objective:

To market and sell 47 individual properties on a national basis within a 6 week period. Maximise the total sale price. Achieve an unconditional sale for all 47 properties by 31st March 2008 (100 days). Centralise all reporting to ANZ’s operational group and senior ANZ management. Manage public relations to reinforce ANZ’s commitment to core banking business and customer service. Undertake a controlled national marketing program. Coordinate a national sales team across five states. Centralise all property information and control its dissemination.

Outcome:

100% sale rate with unconditional contracts by 31st March 2008. Serviced and logged over 6,000 online investor enquiries. Generated a total value 15% above expectation of $83.43m on an average yield of 5.92%
