Advanx Apartments, Rushcutters Bay pre-launch and buyer registration campaign

Outcome:
A bold teaser campaign drove traffic to a website ‘donotmissthis.com.au’ capturing over 2,000 registrations of interest. Upon release of the project, 40 sales were completed and within 12 months, over 90 apartments had been sold at a time when the residential property market was rapidly heading into decline.
